Returns Policy
We hope your new piece brings a little magic to your table or picnic. Because our items are handcrafted from beautiful natural fibres, each one is unique, just like nature intended.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Love in Wild Places reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit or items that are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be returned to the customer, and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Love in Wild Places.
Love in Wild Places is not liable for any items received back that are not from Love in Wild Places. They may not be returned to you. Please process your return carefully, ensuring the correct label is attached.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not New Zealand, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Sale Items
Sale items are final and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
A Note on Natural Materials
Our pieces are handmade from elephant grass, rattan, jute, seagrass, and other natural fibres. That means slight variations or 'imperfections' in colour, weave, texture, and shape are normal and part of what makes each piece special and are not considered faults.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
