Do you accept buy now pay later?

Yes. We've partnered up with Afterpay and Laybuy to make your shopping experience easier. 

 When will my order arrive?

***Please note: due to COVID-19 health restrictions ‘signature on delivery’ options may not be available in your region, this is to reduce the health risks of person-to-person contact. Delivery times may vary due to current delays in postal services.


Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and shipping of item(s). Delivery times may vary due to current delays in postal services.

For orders within New Zealand:

Please allow between 3-5 business days for delivery of your order.

For orders to Australia:
Please allow between 10-14 business days for delivery of your order.

For orders to the rest of the world:
Please allow between 10-14 business days for delivery of your order.

Delayed or damaged upon delivery

If you are experiencing delays in the delivery of your order, please first get in touch with your postal service. Refer to the track and trace information in your order confirmation email.

We take extra care to ensure your package arrives without damage. Unfortunately, from time to time, packages are damaged, stolen or lost. If you would like more information or would like to discuss a replacement order due to a lost or damaged print upon delivery please get in touch with us at orders@loveinwildplaces.com.

 

What is your returns and refund policy?


At Love in Wild Places, we take great pride in the quality of our merchandise.
Most items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase for a refund of the item(s) value. However, not all items are eligible. Any exclusions will be stated on product pages and/or at checkout.


Please contact our team right away with any concerns about defective or damaged merchandise. Email orders@loveinwildplaces.com. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Please review our full return policy, including items ineligible for return, before starting the return process.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item(s) have to be initiated for return and mailed out to Love in Wild Places Studio within 14 days of the purchase date or delivery.
  • Item(s) were not marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless faulty.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging, which must be in original condition. This includes branded dust bags, boxes and attached swing tags.

Ineligible Items

  • 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' items are excluded from our returns policy. We will always make sure to call out any exclusions on product pages and at checkout.
  • Prints and artwork are produced on demand for each Order. Please choose carefully as we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind on made-to-order limited edition prints.
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
  • Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for bed pillows (excluding decorative cushions), earrings, underwear and beauty products unless deemed faulty.

Where are your home goods made?

Our homeware, decor and soft furnishing products are handcrafted by artisans throughout India and South East Asia. For more on on our design and brand ethos read  Our Story 

Where is your artwork printed?

All artwork is printed in and shipped from New Zealand.

Do you mass produce your prints?

No. All our artwork is designed, photographed and created by founder Dominey Flores (unless otherwise specified). We try to keep reproductions of our artwork to a minimum with limited editions of 50.

What type of paper and printing technique do you use?

We use the complex process of fine art printing or ‘archival pigment printing’ technique, and print archival ink on special fine art paper that is acid-free and lignin-free. How do I care for my fine art print?

To make sure your print remains in perfect condition, follow these tips:

  • Don’t touch the printed area.
  • Handle with care and clean hands. Wear white cotton gloves if possible and only hold prints along the edges/white borders.
  • Don’t place print face down, keep your print facing up, away from direct light in cool, dry, shade.
  • Frame your print as soon as possible! If this is not possible, make sure you keep your print stored safely in its archival sleeves or sheeting (i.e. the packaging it arrived in).
  • Invest in quality framing - behind glass or perspex is the ideal type of protection.
